Just mourn the loss; betrayal can hurt as much as losing someone. It will be an
emotional pain that throws you off balance & even the strongest people
have found it to be the lowest moments of their lives. Take your time
to purge yourself of every emotion you may be feeling. If you need to cry like a child do that. When
the emotions are gone you're feel better. Don’t push for details! Except that you're 100% sure you
want to move on from the relationship. Don't ask for every single detail that happened with
the other woman/man. Because some details are just too messy & heart wrenching to hear. You will want to hear the details but will they honesty make you feel better? If it doesn’t let it go!
